Zeljko Kopanja, owner of several media outlets and very influential figure in Bosnian journalism has died in Banja Luka after suffering a heart attack.
Kopanja was owner of newspapers Nezavisne novina and Glas Srpske, as well as Nes radio.
He suffered heart attack in Knezevo and was transferred to Banja Luka by helicopter, but died in hospital.
Kopanja was born in Kotor Varos. He died at age 62.
