Sarajevo company completes project in Albania

A new transmission line Tirana – Morina has been officially put into operation in Albania. This is one of the largest post-war projects built by sarajevo company Sarajevo.
The ceremony was attended by a delegation of BiH company, led by general manager Bisera Hadzialjevic and her associates Amil Kamenica, Erol Rahmanovic and Nedim Ibrakovic.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has symbolically opened 400 kV transmission line, and the ceremony was attended by Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, as well as representatives of investors, contractors and consultants.
The project, funded by the German Development Bank (KfW), was worth 29 million Euros.
Energoinvest was responsible for design, equipment procurement, supply, construction, testing and commissioning. The project was completed in accordance with the contractual terms and international standards.
This is the second major project implemented by Energoinvest for OST Albania (Transco Albania), after a successfully completed project of construction of the transmission line in southern Albania, which was completed earlier this year.
