The mayor of Trebinje Slavko Vucurevic said today that the Russian investor, who is interested in building a large outlet center, has bought six acres of land for construction.
Vucurevic said that the contract will be signed after all the procedures are completed.
– In the meantime, the company has made the zoning plan. We will adopt the plan soon and enable the investor to start using the land,” said Vucurevic.
The mayor of Trebinje explained that this will be the largest outlet center in the region, which will employ 360 people.
Vucurevic earlier announced that the Russian company will invest 10 to 12 million marks (6 million Euros).
