Polls opened this morning in local elections in Bosnia.
The citizens elect their representatives, mayors and councilors, in 10 cities and 131 municipalities.
There are 3.2 million registered voters. Polls opened at 7 a.m. and will close at 7 p.m.
Results will be known tonight.
