The leading retailer in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bingo, has opened its biggest center in the country. Center spreads over an area of 40,000 square meters.
Bingo City Center opened in the city of Tuzla, and shows growing power of the company which overtook leading position in the Bosnian market.
The opening ceremony attracted a large number of visitors. According to media reports, over 60,000 people visited the center in only one day.
What is most important for most of the people, is that Bingo is Bosnian company. It outgrew foreign retailer which, several years ago, had much bigger market share than Bingo.
Its owner, Senad Dzambic, set an example how small local business can develop into huge company and expand into every corner of the country.
“This is our 181st business unit and we are really proud because this is our biggest project so far. Center employs more than 500 people,” said company spokeswoman Tatjana Paunoski.
