A luxury resort in which villas will cost up to one million KM is being built in Konjic.
Settlement Konjic Mansions consists of 11 villas of 230 to 400 square meters, two parking spaces, a garden, a terrace and a beautiful exterior, with a quiet and pleasant lifestyle. Some villas will also have a swimming pool.
There are four types of villas and the most expensive ones cost up to 489,000 Euros, i.e. nearly one million KM.
Konjic Mansions
The complex is located 4 kilometers from the town of Konjic, above the Sarajevo – Konjic road and the owners are Atilla Group and Acon Estate.
This is a gated community and has 24-hour security. The video published recently shows works in full swing.
Radava Residence
These companies have also announced the construction of residential and commercial building Radava Residence, also in Konjic.
The building will cover 2.300 square meters and will have nine floors.
