Several thousand citizens of Sarajevo attended today, in front of the Sarajevo cathedral, a show with Rudolph van Veen, a Dutch culinary master and television presenter.
He was greeted by thunderous applause. “Good afternoon, Bosnia, good afternoon Sarajevo,” Dutch chef said in Bosnian.
He added it is wonderful to be in BiH for the first time and that he heard a lot about the BiH cuisine from his colleagues.
The children made him drawings, and he said he loves them more than some expensive gifts, and that he will hang them in his shop.
The Municipality of Stari Grad gave him a Bosnian coffee set.
After greetings and gifts, he cooked with three visitors from the audience. They prepared marzipan tulips and brownie in small pots.
Rudolph came to Sarajevo as a guest at the opening of the cafe patisserie Mrvica.
