Over the past few months, investors have expressed interest in purchasing 20 land lots in Zenica Business Zone 1, covering 20,000 square meters.
ZEDA Agency Director, Senad Pasalic, points out that the procedures are ongoing, and the decision to sell the lots could be on the agenda of the next session of the City Council.
An increased interest of businessmen, among other things, is contributed by the announcement of the start of infrastructure works in the Business Zone, such as the construction of several roads, which will enable easier access and construction on the lots.
An additional segment for creating even better conditions for working in the business zone is setting up a video surveillance system, which will soon be operational, Pasalic says.
