Construction company “Gradip” signed a contract this week to build City Mall, the largest shopping mall in Republika Srpska.
Construction will start on Monday, prnjavorski.net website reports.
The mall will be spreading on 55,000 square meters, and will be located in the center of Banja Luka.
Two local investors are behind this project, Ideal Company and Tropik, and completion is planned for the end of 2018.
The building will be connected to the pedestrian zone.
Investment is worth 60 million KM (30 million Euros), and at least 500 new jobs should be opened.
