Advisor to the Director of the Compact Invest company, Moussa Fattah, and CEO of Butmir company Lejla Hasibovic have signed an agreement to build a shopping center in the residential and business complex Sarajevo Waves in Ilidza near Sarajevo.
Compact Invest is investor from Kuwait while Butmir is a Bosnian contractor.
The value of the investment is about two million KM, and preparations of the construction site will begin next week.
A spokeswoman for the company Compact Invest Edina Muslic said that Sarajevo Waves is a Kuwaiti investment worth 50 million KM. One building has been built so far and others will be constructed in the next period.
– Butmir has done great work on the Sarajevo Waves 1 building, for which we received an award for the best implementation. We expect the same in the future cooperation – said Muslic.
Shopping center will have three floors. A contract on opening supermarket there is already signed with a local retailer Amko Commerce. The center will also include restaurants, playground for children, as well as other attractive facilities.
